Our services covered Airport Transfer from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport of Jakarta and Husein Sastranegara Airport of Bandung. We provide various types of Rental Car including SUV, MPV, Hatchback, Minivan, Minibus (10 Seater), Coach Bus (29 Seater). All vehicles are always in good condition engines and interior with well maintenance and safety.
For our Jakarta Car Rental service, we only offer with driver service Car Rental and we do not offer Self Drive service for any reason in Jakarta and Bandung city. We do offer Self Driver Car Rental in Makassar and Manado.

How to book the cars?
Just Contact Us and tell us how many days do you want to rent the cars and our staff will be happy to assist you.
How is the Car Rental fees calculated?
For Self Drive, rental are counted as per 24 hours usage. So if you took 8AM in the morning, you should return it the next day on 8AM in the morning. And for Car Rental with Driver, the rental are calculated per 12 hours of usage. Additional charge will be applied if the Vehicle are being used more then the contract.
What is included in the Car Rental fee?
Our Car Rental With Driver Service, the total cost of rental including Professional and Experienced Driver and fuel/gasoline and it Excluding hourly rate parking, toll fees, driver meals if you rent the car out the city.
Do your provide Discounts or Special Deals?
Yes, we provide Discounts and Special Deals for Jakarta Car Rental. Discounts depend from your length of Rent. And our Car Rental Deals starting from 1 Week Rental. Please contact us for more information.
Do all vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our Vehicle Unit coming with air conditioning, we didn’t provided car with No air conditioning.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. As long as you perform as reserved, the rates will be as reserved.
Do you provided driver with special language?
Yes, we have English Speaking Driver with extra surcharge.
I’ve made my booking – What happens next?
Upon receipt of your reservation and your vehicle is confirmed we will send you a confirmation by return e-Mail.
If we decide to rent the cars, then how can I pay you ?
All booking are required a 50% Deposit to secure your booking. This deposit prepayment can be made by direct wire transfer to our bank account or you can paying by Credit Card through Paypal Payment secure, Pay directly by Credit Card and these methods are safe and secure.
Note : All bank and Paypal fees should be responsibility by the sender.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
In the event of a delay, if you have already provided us with your flight details then we will to track this. In the event of a cancellation, please advise our team as soon as possible, as we will need to cancel the cars rental. Failure to notify us will result in charges.
What is the cancellations fees policy for car rental?
All cancellation notification must received in writing to our email address info(at)indoglobaltours.com, 1 Week before your arrival. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. No Refund will be made if written cancellation notice is received later then 7 Days prior to your arrival.
